We collect only what we need to get your ticket to you. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

When you purchase a ticket, we collect your full name, email address, and mobile phone number.

We collect your transaction reference ID to link your payment to your order and enable ticket lookup.
- ◆
Payment card or UPI details are processed entirely by our payment partners (Cashfree Payments / Razorpay) and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

We do not collect browsing data, location data, or any information beyond what is necessary to issue and deliver your ticket.
How We Use Your Data

Your name, email, and phone are used solely to issue your ticket, send your QR code via email, and communicate essential event updates (e.g. venue changes, date changes).

We do not use your personal data for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.

Your email address may be used to send you a single post-event communication only if you have not opted out.
Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Cashfree Payments and/or Razorpay, which are PCI-DSS compliant payment processors authorised by the Reserve Bank of India.

When you make a payment, you are subject to the privacy policy and terms of the relevant payment processor. We encourage you to review their policies before proceeding.

We receive a payment confirmation and a transaction reference from the payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials.

Cookies & Tracking

This website uses a single functional cookie used exclusively for the admin dashboard. It is never set for regular visitors.

We use anonymous analytics and speed insights for aggregate performance monitoring. No personally identifiable information is collected by these tools.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or any cross-site tracking technology.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. This will not affect your ability to purchase or access your ticket.
Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for a minimum of 90 days after the event date for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

After this period, your data may be anonymised or deleted at our discretion, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 07). Requests will be honoured within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase — a cloud database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data may reside in servers located outside India. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to this transfer.

Transactional emails (ticket delivery) are sent via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a GDPR-compliant email service provider.
- ◆
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request metadata (IP address, browser headers) as part of standard web hosting operations.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HMAC-signed ticket tokens, encrypted session cookies, and row-level access controls on our database.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You have the right to file a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
