Refund & Cancellation Policy

No-Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

A convenience fee may be charged on the total ticket value. This fee is non-refundable in all cases.
- ◆
Customers are advised to review all details — date, venue, tier, and total payable amount — carefully before confirming their purchase.
Event Cancellation
- ◆
In the event of a full cancellation where no alternate date is provided, a refund of the face value of the ticket will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- ◆
Convenience fees and booking charges are non-refundable in all cases, including in the event of cancellation.
- ◆
The Event Organizer will communicate any cancellation through the event website and via email to registered ticket holders.
Postponement & Rescheduling
- ◆
In the unlikely event of postponement due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control — including natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, force majeure events, or venue unavailability — the event may be rescheduled to a future date.
- ◆
No refund will be issued in the event of a date change or postponement. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Attendees who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may contact us at the email below. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer.
Denied Entry
- ◆
No refund will be issued if an attendee is denied entry due to misconduct, violation of venue rules, possession of a duplicate or tampered ticket, or any other reason attributable to the attendee.

Each QR code is valid for single entry only. Tickets that have already been scanned will not be accepted for re-entry and no refund will be issued.
